I was worried it might flop around on my vest, but the loop backing grips tight and it stays put even when I'm moving fast. The zippered compartment is just the right size for my multi-tool and spare batteries, and it doesn't add any bulk to the harness.
The zipper slides so smoothly I can open it one-handed while on a ladder, and it locks onto my harness loop backing without any wiggle once pressed down. Tossed my phone and keys in there for two weeks of fieldwork and it’s held up perfectly.
The hook-and-loop backing grabbed onto my vest instantly, no wiggling or shifting even after a full day of hiking. I've been using it to stash my phone and keys during training and the zipper glides smooth every time. Feels solid for the price, honestly.
